Paws & Pours is a fundraising initiative and our way of showing a warm welcome to you and your pups! Your purchase of this pass will go toward helping local animals at the Humane Society of Yates County in Penn Yan. All our member wineries are dog-friendly!


This pass is 100% digital and you don't need to download an app to use it. With this pass, everyone including the dogs will benefit. Human family members over the age of 21 will receive $2 off any glass of wine or wine flight at each participating winery, and the dogs will get a small treat for being a great companion.

Important information to know before purchasing Paws & Pours

  • The confirmation of your passport will come from the Yates County Chamber of Commerce, our tourism partner for this program.
  • Passport holders must be 21 years of age. Be prepared to present your ID at each winery.
  • Valid all year round.
  • A portion of the proceeds are donated to the Humane Society of Yates County - Shelter of Hope.
  • Select wineries have less indoor spaces available during the colder months.
  • No reservations are required for wine by the glass. If you plan on also doing a tasting, Heron Hill Winery and Hunt Country Vineyards take advance reservations.
  • Some wineries have seasonal hours, especially in the winter. Check out this page for current up to date hours. 
  • Passports are non-refundable, but can be transferred to someone else.
